Is it possible to add an interviewer to a requisition but prevent them from seeing all req details?
Summary:
Wondering how others might be adding interviewers to a requisition, but not letting them see all req details?
Use case: Hiring Manager wants Interviewer1 to be added to a requisition (on the Hiring Team as a Collaborator, for example), so the Interviewer can, say, see the Job Description and also receive messages from the Recruiter. However, Hiring Manager does not want Interview1 to see all req details, specifically the salary.
How do others handle this? In other words, is it possible to give different security roles? privileges? to a Collaborator Type to allow them to see parts but not all of a requisition? Or is there some other way to do it other than adding an Interviewer as a Collaborator?
