Does My Knowledge search the body of knowledge articles?

Summary: How does My Help search bar and Redwood Knowledge actually search for knowledge articles?

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information): We are looking to cleanup some of our knowledge articles, specifically the titles. We originally included search keywords in the title of our knowledge articles for a custom solution. Now, we would like to remove these keywords, but do not want to damage/hinder the search functionality for these articles. If we use the search bar in "My Help" (or Redwood Knowledge), will these search engines be searching through the body of the knowledge article?
