Is there a way/feature available to capture Annual Incentive deferrals in HCM?

Summary:

Once the Annual incentives are planned, Employees can elect to defer (either % or amount) from the Annual bonus.

Once the elections are captured in a third party system, looking for a way to store those calculated deferral amounts in HCM. Doea anyone had a similar requirement and any suggestions to achieve this in HCM. Please advise.
