Why Audit Report Attributes Appear as Updated When Untouched

Questions:

  1. Why do the highlighted DFFs (STIP Required by NOA and Off Campus Award) appear in the Audit Report as updated/edited when they were untouched?
  2. Why did no other DFFs in the same space (some with the same Display Type and Value Set) appear as updated?

Pathway: Tools > Audit Reports > Search Parameters (Date + Product: Grants Management)

Grants Management DFFS: Only Off Campus Award (Sequence 10) and STIP (Sequence 30) appear as updated in the Audit Report
