Remittance Advise output is blank

Hi

We customized the remittance advise report, and we can see the custom remittance advise format is getting picked up once the PPR process completes. we can see the logo and the custom format in custom remittance advise output

However, remittance advise report seems can't fetch the payment data, and cause the blank output in the report. Is there any security or role required for user to run the remittance advise report? Please kindly advise
