Seeing old structure for an ATO model item when trying adding to a sales order via configure and add

Hi Team,

We have updated item structure for an ATO model by adding few option classes and options. When trying to add it to a sales order via configure and add option, we are seeing the old structure only and not the update one.

We have run collections (net change and targeted both) and refresh programs as well but still seeing old structure only. Any attributes/steps we are possibly missing here.'
