Query regarding update seeded extract "Run Third-Party Quarterly Tax Filing Extract"

ADP has suggested to make some changes in seeded extract "Run Third-Party Quarterly Tax Filing Extract" as per attached document. Could anybody please confirm whether we need to customize the above mention extract or Oracle will take care?
