How does the person who raised an order monitor to know that a Customer had received its order

Summary: Our client have a requirement such that when a shipment leaves the warehouse and invoice have been generated they should be able to monitor the shipment or get a notification when the customer receives the order. And if the customer had not received the order they should be able to monitor where the shipment is just like we have for Jumia or any online shopping platforms.

Hello Expert Is there a functionality like this available in Oracle Fusion, or are there additional setups required to implement this?
