REPORTS: POVAlias function In Report does not work

Hi All

After migration of reports we are seeing that the function: POVAlias does not render the information in the Header - see attachment.

Is this a bug under the new Reports?

Actually in this screenshot you can see all the formatting issues as well, but here we need the POVAlias to work as shown correctly on FR report which is displayed on the right hand shide.
