DFF Line vs DFF Distribution automatic relation to populate data

Hi Oracle

My customer needs to add a data into the Distribution Flexfield and automatically populate the same data into the Line Flexfield or vice versa.

Example1:

Add data into Distribution Flexfield Budget ID = 1000001

Automatically Populate the Line Flexfield Budget ID using the same data 1000001

or,

Example2:

Add data into Line Flexfield Budget Budget ID = 1000001

Automatically Populate the Distribution Flexfield Budget ID using the same data 1000001

Is it possible to create a setup like this?
