Is it possible to add more than one eligibility profile to a journeys task?

Summary:

We have a number of eligibility profiles set up that we use for journeys tasks. We would like to create a task that includes two of the profiles. But rather than create a new eligibility profile that combines two eligibility profile criteria, is it possible to just list both in the journey task setup?
