Why can't I view all posting descriptions in every 'Organization'?

We have several that are each assigned to Organizations (like 10 or more) but I only see 1.We have many Legal Employers in our system and although I have Roles that allow me to see all employees in Core HR, the posting descriptions are not visible in the requisition to me.

Which of these roles should I check and where:

In all the other modules, I have no restrictions to any data, but in the requisitions, I am not seeing the available posting descriptions. We have several that are each assigned to Organizations (like 10 or more) but I only see 1.
