Unable to get WCC server[servername] SecurityGroups Details

There is an existing scheduled report job that uploads the csv report to CS. When I check it gets the error "Unable to get WCC server[servername] SecurityGroups Details" all of a sudden. This is in TEST while in lower instance has Security Group value in dropdown and also Account

Security group: FAFusionImortExport
Account: crm$/commonCustomObject$/import$
