Requester recieve wrong quantites against transfer order (Shipment)

The requester recieved the all quantity of one item, but actually they returned the materials ( no need for them) the pr shows that the requested item equals the shipped equals the recieved, and there are no option to correct or return the transfer order from my reciept screen, and in the correct reciept screen the quantity that can be corrected is show as zero
