Redwood Quick Actions Not Available in Deep Links 24B

We are supposed to see a list of Quick Actions for Redwood when navigating to Navigator→Tools→Deep Links in 24B. Whether we add the noted seeded roles or the privilege to our roles for View Administration Link (FND_VIEW_ADMIN_LINK_PRIV) privilege we are not seeing the new screen.
