When creating dropship SO, there may contains more than 1 lines. after submitted, the SO line status will be "Requisition created" status, and each dropship SO line will generated a separate purchase requisition.

We want to generate 1 single purchase requisition for the same dropship SO instead of several separate purchase requisitions.
