Multiple Tax rates with single tax code in Fusion

We have a requirement of passing multiple tax rates with single tax code on payables invoices and AR transactions.Is there a way to configure this in oracle Fusion.

For example I have 1 invoice with 6.39% tax rate and another invoice with 7.12% and I have tax code as GB-COMP-STD. So while passing invoice through FBDI then I can populate Tax code as GB_COMP-STD and tax rate as 6.39 for first invoice and Tax code as GB_COMP-STD and tax rate as 7.12 for other invoice.
