Activity date filters the past courses

Summary:

We would like to create notifications for voluntary courses that have multiple activities and virtual URL 2 days before that activity date.

There are three issues:

• activity date filters the past courses
• the date shows between brackets [] and adding using ${AlertUtils.formatDate(learnerLearningRecords.completionDetails[1].activityDate, 'dd-MMM-yyyy')} shows one date only in case of multiple sessions.
• the activity date and virtual URL appear to be null in case of not defined. We tried conditions but it didnt work.

We have tried almost all resources that activity date appears. Some codes run for 2 hours and end up error and some are faster but filter incorrectly.
