Costing of Person does not work with Costing Contextualization

Summary:

We have a need to use costing contextualization, however what we are finding is that costing of Person is not getting handled using costing contextaulization .e.g. Person Number 1 is tagged to Dept D1. Dept D1 is tagged to Cost Center C1. However at the Person level the employee cost is split between C1 and C2 as 30% and 70% respectively.

When payroll is run , we find that cost of all the Pay components are costed to C1 and there is no split of PayrollCost between C1 and C2.

Can some one please suggest what could be workaround?
