Addressing Management Report Layout Issues: Department-wise Data and Formula Columns

We are facing layout issues in our management report.

  1. How to divide Formula Column Department Wise and
  2. How to organize both Data Columns and Formula Columns department-wise with function

Expected Outcome: (Image 1) Our goal is to present both data and formula columns, bifurcated by department.

Grid: (Image 2) There is a selection of "Children of CurrentPOV" for the department dimension to keep the report dynamic.

In the report preview, Cumulated Change column (Formula:[A]-[B]) is visible whereas we want to show department wise Change & Change %. Additionally data for each department's child is grouped according to the Year/Period dimensions (department-wise CY, department-wise PY,...)
