Payroll Balance Value in Payroll interface HCM Extract YTD values not coming

Summary:

I am trying to create an HCM Extract to get the payroll balance YTD values. I have already created payroll balance usage group and also run the "Run balance group" process. But the extract is not getting the balance name and value in the output. In the oracle document, there are some mandatory fields mentioend, i have already added that in the extract, still the output does not display the balance name and YTD value.

Can someone pls review and help ?
