Limiting Absence Plan concurrency only for 1 Absence Type

Summary:

We are in the process of building a "Family Leave" Absence Type. 40 hours of Family Leave Absence Type can be used per year and those 40 hours shall deduct from a Sick Absence Plan. I have also created Family Leave Absence Accrual Plan with accrual of 40 hours and ceiling of 40 so we can attach it under the type an Employees can see a balance for this Type (due to an accrual plan being created).

Scenario: if employee uses 5 hours of Family Leave Absence Type, system should deduct 5 hours from the sick plan.

Due to the above^ I was exploring on enabling concurrent entitlement at the Family Leave plan and Sick plan so that at the Absence Type level, it deducts hours from both plans. Now the issue is - the same SICK plan is used in another Absence Types and its currently set to not allowing concurrency. If I enable concurrency for this sick plan, concurrency will happen for this plan in ALL other absence types utilizing this same SICK plan. Is there a way to restrict this? If not, what is an alternative approach for this requirement?
