Closed to Change Pending Status

Summary:

I tried to cancel a backordered order and it successfully canceled but the other line got affected.

Scenario:

Line 1-2 already proceeded to canceled status but Line 1-1 stuck to change pending status. Please take note that Line 1-1 should not be affected during the cancellation process as it was already closed previously.

Please let me know how I can I properly canceled a backordered orders without affecting the other lines.
