Who will have the visibility of an entire Journey created for Termination ?

Summary:

Once a Journey is created for tasks we can put Performer and Owner with options as Initiator, Line manager , User etc.
Who shall have the visibility of the entire Journey, i.e. of all tasks in the system ?
