Budgetary Control Dashboard Customization

Hello everyone,

I've been wondering if there is anyway possible to edit/customize the built in Budgetary Control Dashboard. There are some values under each segment that are disabled and I don't want them to be displayed. Also need the ability to also hide the records that have null or zero as values. Is there anyone who has done a customization or editing before to this dashboard? Or does anyone know where is the report in bi (Reports and Analytics area) that is being produced in the dashboard?
