OCI Login issue - Problem with MFA

Summary:

I had a problem with MFA and then I asked Oracle Support to reset my MFA. But the problem still has remained after two days.
After login, bellow MFA code confiramtion appears again!

They refered me to this comminity, Could you please guide me to solve this issue?

I checked with different browsers and also clear the cache of the browser, but It did't work!
