Vertex Geography Update Maintenance in Oracle

We are loading geography in fusion using Vertex V2 Oracle GBG|LOQATE

For the vertex monthly maintenance do we need to load the geographies each month after downloading it from vertex community or it will be uploaded automatically from Oracle GBG|LOQATE Server.
