Default Salary Basis based on Grade of an Employee while Hiring
Summary:
Dear All,
We have a requirement to default the Salary Basis of an Employee based on the Grade he/she belongs to.
Example: Grade 1-10 falls under A Salary Basis
Grade 10-20 falls under B Salary Basis
Note: Both A and B Salary Basis belong to same LDG.
During Hire an Employee, in Employment section we select Grade 5 and in Compensation, the salary basis must automatically pick A Salary Basis even though B Salary Basis is also attached to the same LDG.
Thanks,
Arun
