Send Checklist reminder to the owner

Hello community,

I have configured an onboarding checklist in which HR Manager is the performer, and HR Head if the owner. I want that that till the task has been marked completed, HR Head (the owner) should also get a reminder notification so they can follow up with the HR Manager. Based on the research conducted, reminder notification only works for Performer but i want to know if same notification can be sent to the owner as well?
