how is INV_CONS_ADVICE_REVISIONS table populated?

Hi Team,

For a consumption advice, I am seeing 2 revisions- 1 & 2 present in front-end while database table INV_CONS_ADVICE_REVISIONS is just fetching revision 1. Would like to understand how this table gets populated.

Below is output of "select * from INV_CONS_ADVICE_REVISIONS"-

Below is front-end screenshot which shows there are 2 revisions available for the consumption advice-
