Add attributes in Manage Descriptive Flexfields at AP_INVOICE_LINES

Summary:

We have a requirement where we have data to be added at line level, but all the line level attributes have been utilized(AP_INVOICE_LINES). Hence, we wanted to know if we can add more attributes in the DFF.
