US 1099 Report displaying reissued payments

Summary:

Oracle Standard US 1099 Report displaying the reissued payments which are already been reported in previous years. This is causing duplication of reporting for one single payment.

We use US 1099 Report for reporting. This report displays reissued payments which we feel is incorrect or not logical, it should not show reissued payments as ot would have been already reported in previous years at the time of Original payment. Further we do not have option to edit the previous years 1099 reports as the reissue happens at a later point of time.

Ex: Original Payment made in 2022 and reported the same in 2022 Year. In 2023 this payment has been reissued, when running the report for 2023 this reissued payment also coming in he report.
