Trying to skip a manager in Workforce Compensation Plan Approval Hierarchy

Hi, is it possible to skip a manager in the approval hierarchy for a workforce compensation plan for certain individuals in the Compensation Module? (When it comes to approving manager compensation worksheets)

Example below

Person A is an Employee.

B is the manager of A. C is the manager of B. D is the manager of C. E is the manager of D.

The current approval hierarchy for Person A is ——- Person A > Person B > Person C > Person D > Person E

I'm trying to figure out if there is a way to SKIP Person D when it comes to approving compensation worksheets?
