What privilege is needed to activate "Create Requisition with Special Handling"?

Please confirm privilege to enable "Create Requisition with Special Handling" in 24B instance

Dear Oracle and Self-service friends,

we just upgraded to 24B and would like to test the new Requisition Special Handling feature. The feature is found and activated, but I am not able to find privilege "Create Requisition with Special Handling" in the Security Console I believe needs to be added in a Requisition role.

Has the name of this privilege been changed? Or do you know if it was missed? And / or, should I create an SR?
