Report a Life Event - Redwood page error
Summary:
Attempting to use the Report a Life Event (Redwood page) as an Employee get the following Error: You don't have permission to insert, update, or delete this record. (BEN-991284) Details: You can insert, update or delete only if you have the privileges.
All other Redwood pages work, i.e., Person Benefit Groups, Benefit Relationship, and People to Cover. The Report a Life Event redwood page was working until last Thursday. It is not working in my client and another client's non production environment.
Steps Taken:
- Enabled master profile options: ORA_HCM_VBCS_PWA_ENABLED
- Enabled page specific profile options: ORA_BEN_ADMINISTRATIVE_ENROLLMENT_REDWOOD_ENABLED and ORA_BEN_SELF_SERVICE_ENROLLMENT_REDWOOD_ENABLED
