Competency Gap - Learning?

Hi,

We would need to achieve the below configuration that so far we can only see in Oracle demo env. and well summarized by the two print screen attached:

1. when exploring the competencies section in the career of interest we should see the learning courses suggested to the employee in order to fill his/her competency gap:

2. we should see the target outcome visible to the employee when completing a goal:

Kindly, advise how to achieve these configuration because so far we cannot see them

Especially, the first one would be the most important
