Integrating Facebook/Instagram with Oracle Sales Cloud via OIC for Auto Lead/Account Creation

Hello Oracle Community,

I am currently working on integrating Facebook and Instagram with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) to automate the creation of leads and accounts in Oracle Sales Cloud. The objective is to capture information from forms filled out on these social media platforms and directly create leads and accounts in Oracle Sales.

I would greatly appreciate any tips, documentation, best practices, or personal experiences from anyone who has undertaken a similar integration. Specifically, I am interested in the following:

  1. Best Practices: What are some of the best practices for ensuring that the data from Facebook and Instagram is correctly mapped and integrated into Oracle Sales Cloud?
