Pending Workers cannot access application Tasks from Journeys (24B)

Description (Required):
Pending Workers are getting the following error message while accessing the Application tasks from Journeys.
"You can't access this task because you either don't have access or the task is no longer available. Contact your HR representative or line manager."
Use Case and Business Need (Required):
The Pending worker role has all the necessary and sufficient privileges to access the Application tasks from quick actions but unable to access from the journeys. This issue started happening after 24B upgrade 2 days back.
