    Summary:


    We are getting the error XML-22002: (Fatal Error) Error while processing include XSL file (xdoxsl:///Custom/Human Capital Management/HR/SUBTEMP.xsb?loc= en-GB) on the report which contains sub templates only when the report is run with user access(BI Consumer Role).

    The Report completes successfully without any error when run with developer access (BI Admin role), but errors only when run via user access.
