Need to identify the IP addresses used to transmit payment files and retrieve statements

Summary:

With the new Cloud Console implementation Oracle has updated their ip addresses and provided a long list of allowed addresses. We need to identify which ones are used for payment and statement files in each of our environments, since our security department will only allow access for the ip addresses associated to payments and statements, and not the entire list provided by Oracle.
