oracle fusion cx cloud accounts and contacts restrict records based on a field

Hello,

I would like to inquire if its possible to restrict access to records for certain roles, for example, let's say i created an account and i have a custom field on the account checked. if its checked i want other users to not be able to see that particular account. How can i manage to achieve the desired functionality.
