My Team > Workforce Compensation - Is it possible to remove the arrow to act as a proxy?

Hi all,

From My Team > Workforce Compensation, We would like to not allow the manager to act as a proxy. Instead, we would like to leave it up to HRs to act as a proxy manager from My Client Group > Compensation > Act as a proxy manager.

is it possible to inhibit this functionality for managers only? should I remove some role/privilege from the manager? is there any configuration that allows me to hide the arrow without involving roles?
