Redwood Goal page error- page keeps loading

Summary:

Hi Team,

Actually we have implemented redwood version of Goal (my goals page) for seeded role the system is working fine but for custom role the page keeps loading can anyone please guide which role or privilege to add for getting the development goals as expected.

Please note- We have tried TOUCHPOINT privileges but no luck, please help us if possible.
