Unable to make Category Read Only for Employee Edit Page in Help Desk.
Business Process: We have setup a rule in which Category and Queue are mapped, based on Category selection Queue is selected.
Issue: When Employee edits the request, he can edit the Category but upon changing the Category, Queue is not changed this time. This is causing mismatch in the data.
Workaround: To make Category field read only on Edit Page for Employee.
Setup: I am using VB to make the changes.
I am business rule: Edit HRHD Emp Flow and duplicated the layout editableFormHRHDEmp and checked Read Only for CategoryId and Published.
Issue: Changes are not reflecting.
Kindly guide.
Thanks in advance.
