Please find the below requirement.

OIC will get the employee details from Workday and will create employees in Oracle cloud SaaS.

We have created a connection in OIC-Gen3 application with “Oracle HCM Adapter” connection pointing to Oracle Cloud SaaS. OIC will use worker api to create the user in Oracle Cloud SaaS as employee API will be deprecated soon.

User created in Oracle Cloud SaaS has these below roles assigned. And OIC is connecting to Oracle Cloud with the same user.
