To ensure that questions get required attention from community members and are NOT left unanswered, it’s important for the author to indicate (by selecting “Yes” or “No” when prompted) whether the question was answered. (newly added) Please note that it is also important to respond to EACH comment your question receives. Your Yes or No response ensures an accurate status for your question.

How to score learning assessments/questionnaires for multiple choice questions?
We are struggling to find solutions for what should be a very simple answer on Learning Assessments/Questionnaires. How do you properly score a multiple choice "select all that apply" question on a learning assessment/questionnaire? Is there truly no way to score the actual QUESTIONS and not the RESPONSES? We need to find a way to score these as all or nothing and not provide partial points.
The client wants to use this type of question to allow the learner to come to their own conclusions and to determine whether they actually know the answer or not.
Example: Question is "Select All that Apply" and has 4 answers. All 4 answers are correct.
