I can't automatically insert Start Date and End Date in Evaluate Qualification page

In Supplier Qualification module when I evaluate a qualification (see attachment "Evaluate Qualification page") I can't automatically insert qualification start date and qualification end date using web services.

I want to retrive this value from supplier responses to initiative questionnaire and post them in this page.
I ask the same dates to supplier in order to not insert manually them in Evaluate Qualification page.
