Disbursement Payment File Formats : etext output file corruption?

Hi Guys

I am getting what appears to be corruption at the beginning of my payment text file as below, has anyone had this before?

???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????,,,01,,,,,etc etc…

It was working fine, I am using etext with Output Format "text".

What did you do to fix this?
