Below are the steps followed
Talent Review Meeting Scheduled
• Login to HCM as HR specialist.
• My Client Groups > Talent Review
• +Add
• Meeting Info
o Talent Review Meeting = <free text, unique name>
o Template Name = <<Select the required template>>
o Business Leader =<<Select required person>>
o Continue
• Review Content
o Continue
• Review Participants
o In the Search for People drop-down, add the following reviewers:
 Amy Jones, Maria Cortez, Ron Hudson
o Continue
• Population Selection
o Employees to Include = Find by criteria
o Show Filters
o Manager = Emily Green
o Check the box to select all
o Add to Review Population
