pending worker record not fetching in OTBI

Hello,

We are creating a report to fetch the checklist task values from the configurable form filled by the candidate on the time of onboarding checklist.

However when creating this report i am receiving only values of that of an employee, i need these details when they are in pending worker stage as this is needed before they join the company.

How do we fetch the pending worker values filled in their checklist ?
